Privacy Policy

• What we collect: questions asked (to improve answers), an anonymous device id, registration details (name, email, ZIP), hearts/connect requests, and documents you choose to upload.
• Children & sensitive data: Waykin is used by parents/guardians. Please don't include a child's full identifying details in questions. Uploaded reports are private and never shared with vendors.
• Sharing with vendors: only your name and email, only for providers you heart or ask to connect with, only after you consent at registration. Public (non-Waykin) providers never receive your information.
• Deletion: you can delete everything tied to your device at any time from the app, or by emailing support.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; Waykin never stores card numbers.
