Family data we collect: questions asked (to improve answers), an anonymous device/session id, registration details (name, email, ZIP), saved/hearted items and connect requests, and any documents you choose to upload.
Vendor data we collect: account email, organization details, listing content, coverage selection, and billing records.
Lead sharing. Your name, email, ZIP, and request details are shared with a provider only when you choose to heart or connect with a paid Waykin listing, and only after you consent. Public (non-Waykin) provider results never receive your information.
Uploaded reports/records. Private and never shared with vendors. You may request deletion at any time.
Payments & email. Payments are handled by Stripe (Waykin never stores card numbers); transactional email is sent via Resend.
Analytics & ops. We keep minimal operational logs (no card numbers, no medical report contents) to run and monitor the service.
Children & sensitive data. Waykin is used by parents/guardians — please avoid including a child's full identifying details in questions.
Your rights. Request data deletion or export by emailing [email protected] or using in-app controls. Security safeguards are applied to stored data.
