- Waykin is not a diagnosis tool. It provides educational information and does not replace a doctor, psychologist, therapist, school evaluation, or emergency service. In an emergency call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
- You control connections. Families choose whether to connect with providers. If you tap "Request to connect" or ♥ save a provider listing, you consent to Waykin sharing your name and email with that approved Waykin provider only.
- Public search results are not Waykin listings. Provider information sourced from public web search is not a paid or verified Waykin listing — confirm services, insurance, availability, and credentials directly with any provider.
- Paid listings are not clinical endorsements. "Trusted Provider Listing" means a paid listing reviewed by Waykin for basic suitability — it is not a clinical recommendation.
- Your data. Uploaded documents are private and device/session-scoped. You may delete your data at any time (see Privacy Policy).
