Eligibility & authority. You confirm your organization information is accurate and that you are authorized to create this listing.
CHILL ACT–created listings. Waykin/CHILL ACT may publish a "CHILL ACT Provider" listing for your organization from event/vendor or public information. You may claim and confirm it (becoming a "Waykin Provider"), edit it, or request its removal. Family contact details are shared only after you claim and confirm.
Provider responsibility. Providers are responsible for managing the accuracy of their listing, responding appropriately to families, and handling family contact information lawfully and only for the purpose consented to by the family.
Paid placement, not endorsement. Listings are paid visibility placements, not clinical endorsements or guarantees, and may not be advertised as such.
Billing model (current). $29.99 one-time setup + $5 primary ZIP + $5 per additional 5 miles of coverage (max 30) + $5 per keyword. Each listing runs a one-time 30-day period. Renewal is optional. Auto-renew is off by default and only applies if you choose it at renewal. Gift-card and promo credit are applied before any card; no card is required if your balance covers the total.
Coverage. Targeting is a primary ZIP + purchased radius, fixed for the paid period; ad creative and images may be edited. Renewal may keep, increase, or decrease the radius.
Review rights. Waykin may review, approve, reject, pause, or remove any listing or image that appears inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, or inconsistent with Waykin's family-safety standards.
Family leads. Family contact details are shared with you only when a family hearts your listing or requests to connect. Use family information solely to respond to that family — never resell, share, scrape, or misuse it.
